Dear Admitted Claimant Families,

Yesterday, October 7, an email was transmitted to families with a letter asking Program families to reinstate or confirm health insurance for 2026. This is important for the Program to have on file to help ensure that you can receive all reimbursements for medically necessary expenses resulting from the birth-injury.

In addition to that email, we resent the Vision FAQ to assist with the navigation of the Vision Portal. Please reach out to the Program’s Claims Team or to MCI/Rising if any issues or confusion arise while submitting or reviewing your claims.

Lastly, the Rising survey was sent out once more via fillable PDF. If you are experiencing issues submitting your responses, please send your feedback to us by email at [email protected] simply detailing the answers to the questions in the body of the email, rather than by sending the PDF back to us. Understanding your experience with Rising and the Vision Portal, thus far, is important to the Program to be certain our families are receiving responses to their needs timely and appropriately. No personal health information (PHI) is required in submitting your responses. Thank you for sending your responses back to us so we can make the most informed decisions to better support you and your family.
